Computer Science Engineering graduates are the pillars of the current and emerging information era. The Department of Computer Science Engineering provides the students a sound foundation of theory concepts; in depth working knowledge in technology and a hands on experience in computer software. The Department has six state of the art computer labs with the latest version of computer peripherals.

More than 400 systems are available in the lab. The Software available in the lab, cater to the needs of the students. They were chosen not only from the syllabus point of view but also for the overall development of the computer skills. The labs are fully air conditioned for the comfort of the students.

A well-qualified and dedicated team of faculty members add merit to the department. We have 5 Servers (1 -LINUX, 1- WINDOWS 2003, 1- NT 4.0 and two Backup Servers with Y200 series and x205 series) connected to 400 P-IV nodes. The Department has all the latest licensed Software’s, Networking, DBMS, Java, VisualStudio.NET and Multimedia. The students are allowed to use the lab at any time. There is an exclusive lab for browsing which functions round the clock.
