Placement training plays a major role in shaping up the career goals of students aiding the dream of every student to get placed in a top organization and DACE has always been endeavored to make its students fare exceptionally well in the life beyond the Campus. Dhaanish Ahmed College of Engineering is proud to record that we a have begun our placement trainings on the very first day of the VI semester for all the III year students. On the 16 th of March, 2022, the training program for the VI semester was inaugurated at the Dhaanish Crystal Auditorium. The Director of our college DR. P. PARAMASIVAN addressed the students and motivated them to put sincere efforts throughout the training sessions. He insisted on the importance of legit training and its impact in recruitment process. Followed by the Director’s address Mr. Shaadik, Head Industrial Relation gave a clear orientation of the training program and instructed them about the schedules to be followed. The rest of the forenoon session was handed over to Mr. Samuel Das, Verbal and Soft skills Trainer who enlightened the students on the etiquettes and attire to be followed to face an interview and rendered a brief session on ‘how to do an effective Self-Introduction’. During the afternoon session the students were given a special assessment to analyses the competency level of the participating students. The first phase of this training program extends for a week and ends on the 26 th of March, 2022.
