Competence in Foreign languages confers an upper hand in the recruitment interviews of Multi-National Companies and paves the path to onsite opportunities abroad. Not losing sight of this fact, Dhaanish Ahmed College of Engineering has started N5 LEVEL JAPANESE CLASSES for the second, third and the final years of all departments. There are 1445 Japanese companies based in INDIA among which 620 companies are in Tamil Nadu. Though these companies consider Standard English as adequate communicative medium to get through their interviews, a certification of Japanese language skills adds extra credit to their preferences. The course duration extends to three months (90 hours), during which the students are trained to read and understand typical expressions and sentences written in basic Japanese, including listening and comprehending conversations about day to day life and classroom situations, while easily picking up necessary information from short conversations spoken slowly.
